CTC Transitions Services to MRAEL

Capricornia Training Company (CTC), a long-standing provider of social equity and youth support programs in Central Queensland, is officially transitioning its services to MRAEL Ltd.

This strategic move follows CTC’s integration into the IntoWork Group in 2015 and its status as a controlled entity of MRAEL since 2021. The transition reflects the evolution of CTC’s service profile, which now focuses on delivering programs such as the Youth Housing and Reintegration Service (YHARS) and funded youth programs.

All existing contracts and staff will transfer to MRAEL, ensuring continuity of service and support for participants and partners. The change will enable the expansion of social equity programs across Queensland under the MRAEL brand.

MRAEL is Queensland’s leading provider of education, training, and employment services. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, MRAEL have proudly remained a not-for-profit organisation and firmly committed to creating new opportunities, providing training, and connecting people and businesses to strengthen the future, and the sustainable development, of the workforce.

In 2016, MRAEL joined IntoWork Australia, a leading provider of employment, skills, education and support services that enable educational, economic and social participation. IntoWork employs more than 2600 staff in more than 260 locations across Australia and New Zealand, delivering across five core services areas

  1. Apprenticeships and Traineeships
  2. Education and Training
  3. Employment and Recruitment
  4. Transition and Career Advice
  5. Community Support Programs

With a strategic blend of services, a localised approach, national partnerships, a strong values base and decades of experience, the IntoWork Group stands as a unique and dynamic not-for-profit organisation.
