Youth pathways: shaping futures for work and life

Shaping Futures is MRAEL’s long‑standing youth pathways program, supporting young people across Central Queensland to build confidence, develop work‑ready skills, and take positive steps toward employment, training and independent living.

Practical support to shape your future

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming — you don’t have to do it alone. Through MRAEL Shaping Futures, we deliver youth programs designed to support you wherever you’re at, helping you build confidence, stability and practical skills for work and life.

From employment‑focused programs like Get Set for Work to housing and wellbeing support through the Youth Housing and Reintegration Service (YHARS), our youth pathways provide safe, welcoming and practical support to help you take positive steps forward.
