Flexible apprentice support

Our Apprentice Management Program gives employers access to specialist apprentice oversight while retaining full employment control. MRAEL works alongside your business to provide guidance, monitoring, and intervention across training, performance, and compliance — with flexible support that can scale as your needs change. You remain the legal employer and retain access to government incentives, while reducing risk and pressure on supervisors.

- Performance guidance and practical advice
- Behaviour support and coaching strategies
- Wellbeing support where required
- Early intervention when attendance, engagement, or performance concerns arise

- Providing advice as business or workforce needs shift
Our role is to support continuity and positive apprenticeship outcomes while keeping employment control with your business.
